Note
Monti Garbi Valpolicella Ripasso is one of the great workhorses of the winery, recognized for its great freshness that goes well with the most important trait given by the review on the skins of the dried grapes used for Amarone. With an intense ruby red color and aromas of red fruit and ripe cherry to which are added the floral notes of red rose and purple. Characteristics of the Tenuta Sant’Antonio terroir are the balsamic notes of licorice, white mint and a few notes of graphite. It is characterized by its high drinkability and freshness in the mouth that does not compromise the body of the wine and its persistence, enhancing an elegant and everyday body that recalls the elegance even in the tannins of the wines originating from Valpolicella.
